Q: can I try a sample order first?A: Yes, you can order a sample order.A minimum of 6 different items is required.Sample order will be send by EMS (Express Mail Service)Payment should made through PayPal (other payments methods are available fo normal orders)

Q: What is the minimum order?A: The minimum order for items we have in stock or frequently manufacture, is 20 PCS per style (you can mix any color)If you want an item that is not in stock(most items available in stock) or to be manufactured according to your own pattern, then the minimum order is 100 PCS per style.If your order doesnt reach the minimum order, contact us anyway, and we will find a solution

Q: How long does it takes to ship to...?A: Generally, there are 3 methods of shipping, each has its Pros and Cons.Here are the 3 common ways:1.UPS, FedEx, etc... -most common way for small to midium orders.Pros- usually arrive in 7 days(faster in mosy cases), Door to Door, tracking no.Cons- getting expensive for large orders quantities.Air Cargo- require a minimum of 45 KgPros- Cheaper than previous option when weight is high, relativaly fast (usually arrive within 2 weeks)Cons- Arrive at the nearest airport, expensive for large orderSea Cargo- require a minimum of 1 Cubic Meter (about 6 boxes of 25 Kg. can send less than this, but minimum charge is for 1 cubic meter)Pros- ceapest way to ship large quantitiesCons- Arrives in one month or more.If you plan to order large quantities, we reccomened you to contact one of the many cargo agency available in Thailand, if you need our help we will assist you, without any additional charge.
